On 'The Wendy Williams Show' Wendy previews a picture of Bieber's new haircut. The pop star cut his hair yesterday,trading his bowl-cut locks for a haircut that's short on the sides and curly on the top.

As Wendy shows the pic, she explains there are othere that
do Bieber's new look more justice. "This picture right here is not the most flattering vantage point ... This one looks a little fussy," she said, adding that Bieber's hair looks like it underwent a session with a curling iron. "But there's other shots of it that show it's really quite flattering on him."
